Rest easy with this washed decaffeinated coffee from Cauca, Inzá. We’ve intentionally sourced this coffee for the purpose of decaffeination, selecting this regional lot from San Antonio for it’s structured sweetness of red apple and raw sugar, with a balanced acidity reminiscent of pear.
Finally, a decaf that doesn't taste like it's missing something. The washed process gives it a clean, smooth cup that's surprisingly bright for a decaffeinated coffee, and I can drink it after dinner without tossing and turning.
The washed process really shines through here—it’s clean and smooth, with none of that dull, flat finish I usually get from decaf. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every evening and it holds up beautifully even as it cools.
