Joe & The Juice Espresso

The crema on this espresso is ridiculously thick and caramel-toned, and the body is smooth enough to drink straight without flinching. I've pulled it as a short Americano and it holds its sweetness even as it cools, which isn't something I find with most blends lately.

The Colombia and Ethiopia washed combo gives this blend a clean, sweet profile that holds up beautifully in milk drinks—my cortado came out balanced with no harsh bite. Been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived.

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and caramel-colored, exactly what I want from a traditional blend. The washed Ethiopian notes gave it a bright finish that cut through the milk in my flat white without getting lost.
