The floral aromatics hit me right after the first sip, and the clean, tea-like finish is unlike any other coffee I’ve brewed this year. It’s a pricey treat, but given its champion pedigree, the complexity feels justified.
I was skeptical about paying this much for coffee, but the clarity of the cup after brewing is unreal—every sip has that delicate, sweet finish you read about in tasting notes. It’s easily the most refined Gesha I’ve tried, and the washed process really lets the varietal shine through.
