Silhouette is our most developed roast that conveys a flavor profile that we intentionally designed to work well with milk and invoke traditional European flavors. It involves a natural, sugar-dense coffee that binds to the fats and creates multiple complex caramelized notes during the roasting process. Look for bakers chocolate and undertones of viscous black fruits. Enjoy as drip or espresso.

The flavor holds up nicely with milk, though I expected a bolder European punch from the description. It's a decent daily cup if you're adding dairy, but on its own it feels a bit one-note.
The roast is dark enough that it cuts through milk nicely, which is what I wanted for my morning latte. It's decent, though I wish the flavor had a bit more of that traditional European depth instead of just being bold. Fine for the price, but I might try something else next time.
