Cultivado a 2.200 metros nos solos vulcânicos de Buesaco, Nariño, e processado com um meticuloso método lavado, com fermentação monitorizada e secagem lenta em camas elevadas, o resultado é um café que equilibra acidez cristalina, florais delicados e uma doçura profundamente expressiva.
