Esta é a nossa segunda edição do Fincas del Putushio, uma nova plantação de Jose Jijon. Em colaboração com o seu pai Pepe, aplicaram o que aprenderam no desenvolvimento da Finca El Soledad e adaptaram-no a uma quinta de alta altitude numa região diferente. Através de desafios e provas únicos, o esforço investido resulta numa chávena extremamente limpa e elegante.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
