The dual boiler holds temperature like a rock, even when I'm pulling back-to-back shots for friends. Being able to manually control the water flow through the lever has completely changed how I dial in lighter roasts, and the whole thing looks stunning on my counter.
Took me a few shots to get the hang of the manual water flow control, but once I did it's a game changer for pre-infusion. The thermal stability from the dual boiler is rock solid, and the whole thing feels as elegant as it looks. Just wish the drip tray were a bit taller for my scale.
