The wood trim on the handle and knobs really elevates the whole look, and the Pagaia paddle makes switching between pre-infusion and full pressure feel almost instinctive. My morning routine is faster and way more consistent than with my old machine.
Finally dialed in my shots without touching the flow paddle, and the L58E group holds temperature like a champ. That Pagaia control really makes the difference when I switch beans mid-week. Took me a day to get used to the new layout, but now it's the centerpiece of my counter.
