Dialed this in on the V60 and the sweetness really comes through—stone fruit and a soft floral finish. For a Gesha at these soaring Cusco heights, it stays delicate without tasting thin. Genuinely one of the cleanest cups I've had this year.

Brewed this as a pour-over and the delicate floral notes hit right away, no bitterness at all. The Solorzano family clearly knows what they're doing with this Gesha — it's easily the cleanest cup I've had all year.
