That vivid pink color when it steeps is honestly half the reason I keep brewing it. The malic acidity gives it a real snap without being harsh, and I've been drinking it iced all week.

The tartness really does hit like a sour beer, that malic acidity is no joke in the best way. I steeped mine a bit long and it got pleasantly sharp, so I'd go shorter next time if you want it milder.
