Brewed a cup of this as my morning filter and it's silky smooth with just enough brightness to keep things interesting. Works equally well in a pour-over or a drip machine, which is rare for a house blend.

Picked this up on a whim and it's already replaced my usual beans. As a filter brew it's smooth and balanced without any sharp edges, and it holds up well even when I get the ratio slightly off.

I brewed this as my daily filter coffee and the fact that it's their house option really shows—it's just consistently satisfying without any fuss. The balance keeps it drinkable black, but it also held up nicely with a splash of milk this morning.
