Sebas experimentiert bei El Placer oft mit der Zugabe von Früchten während des Fermentationsprozesses, und dieser besondere Kaffee wurde mit roten Früchten ko-fermentiert, was dem Trinkerlebnis einen starken Fruchtgeschmack verleiht.
The fruit-fermented notes really come through in the cup—sweet and almost jammy without any of the bitterness I usually get from decaf. I’ve tried it both as a pour-over and in my moka pot, and it holds up beautifully either way.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from a decaf, but this one completely surprised me. The fruit-infused fermentation from Sebastian's experiments adds a lovely, subtle sweetness that makes it taste way more complex than your average afternoon cup.
