Ceci est notre deuxième sortie de Fincas del Putushio, une nouvelle plantation de Jose Jijon. Travaillant avec son père Pepe, ils ont utilisé ce qu'ils avaient appris en développant Finca El Soledad et l'ont adapté à une ferme de haute altitude dans une région différente. Grâce à des défis et des essais uniques, les efforts déployés donnent une tasse extrêmement propre et élégante.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
