アルトス・デ・キトゥンパンバの初回リリースに続き、今回はカロリーナ・チャラプド・ダサとギジェルモ・トーレス・ダサによるセカンドリリースをお届けします。今回は注目のチロソ種を使用しています。ブエサコ、ナリーニョの火山性土壌で標高2,200メートルにて栽培され、モニタリングされた発酵とゆっくりとした高床式乾燥を特徴とする入念なウォッシュド製法で処理されたこのコーヒーは、透明感のある酸味、繊細なフローラルな香り、そして深く表現力豊かな甘みのバランスが魅力です。
The floral aroma alone is worth the price, honestly. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the Chiroso's sweetness really comes through, especially as it cools. This second release is just as polished as the first, if not better.
This is the second lot I've grabbed from this farm and the Chiroso variety is noticeably different — brighter, more floral, with a clean finish that made my pour-over stand out all week. Bought it as a treat to myself and honestly, it was worth every penny.
This second release from Altos de Quitumpamba is even better than the first—the Chiroso variety really shines through with a clean, sweet cup. I brewed it as a pour-over and the clarity was stunning, definitely grabbing another bag before it's gone.
