Buesaco, Nariño의 화산 토양에서 해발 2,200미터에서 재배되었으며, 모니터링된 발효와 느린 건조대 건조를 특징으로 하는 세심한 세척 방식으로 가공되었습니다. 그 결과, 크리스탈처럼 맑은 산미, 섬세한 플로럴 향, 그리고 깊이 있는 표현력이 뛰어난 단맛이 균형을 이루는 커피가 탄생했습니다.
The floral aroma alone is worth the price, honestly. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the Chiroso's sweetness really comes through, especially as it cools. This second release is just as polished as the first, if not better.
This is the second lot I've grabbed from this farm and the Chiroso variety is noticeably different — brighter, more floral, with a clean finish that made my pour-over stand out all week. Bought it as a treat to myself and honestly, it was worth every penny.
