This collaboration’s whole vibe is about two companies coming together, and you can taste that care in every cup. The beans are sourced through Hello Local, which gave me a nice sense of community with my morning brew. It’s become my go-to for slow weekend pour-overs.
The packaging alone made me smile before I even brewed a cup, and the whole idea of two roasters teaming up for a collaboration really comes through in the taste. It’s got a smooth, balanced finish that I’ve already gone through a whole bag of in less than a week.
The story behind this collaboration is what sold me, and the beans themselves did not disappoint. It's a solid, smooth cup, though I wish the bag had a bit more detail on the roast date.
