Dit is onze tweede release van Fincas del Putushio, een nieuwe aanplant van Jose Jijon. Samen met zijn vader Pepe gebruikten ze wat ze hadden geleerd bij de ontwikkeling van Finca El Soledad en pasten het aan op een boerderij op grote hoogte in een andere regio. Door unieke uitdagingen en beproevingen levert de geleverde inspanning een buitengewoon schone en elegante kop op.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
