Samen met zijn vader Pepe gebruikten ze wat ze hadden geleerd bij de ontwikkeling van Finca El Soledad en pasten het aan op een boerderij op grote hoogte in een andere regio. Door unieke uitdagingen en beproevingen levert de geleverde inspanning een buitengewoon schone en elegante kop op.
The second release from this new planting has a sweetness that carries through the whole cup, and the fact it’s a father-son project makes it feel special. I brewed it in my pour-over and the clarity was remarkable. Already looking forward to what they do next.
