Onze vrienden Hello Local hielpen bij het sourcen en vormgeven van deze dynamische koffie en we zijn vereerd om deze samen te presenteren. Off Trail belicht het beste wat Arkansas te bieden heeft.
This collaboration’s whole vibe is about two companies coming together, and you can taste that care in every cup. The beans are sourced through Hello Local, which gave me a nice sense of community with my morning brew. It’s become my go-to for slow weekend pour-overs.
The packaging alone made me smile before I even brewed a cup, and the whole idea of two roasters teaming up for a collaboration really comes through in the taste. It’s got a smooth, balanced finish that I’ve already gone through a whole bag of in less than a week.
The story behind this collaboration is what sold me, and the beans themselves did not disappoint. It's a solid, smooth cup, though I wish the bag had a bit more detail on the roast date.
