Guatemala El Socorro Maracaturra Instantâneo

I’ve tried a lot of single-origin coffees, but this one really stands out—the Maracaturra cross gives it a full body that hits right away. It was processed by a Cup of Excellence winner, and you can tell in the cup, it’s just clean and smooth. Already ordered a second bag.

The first time I brewed this Maracaturra, the aroma alone made me pause mid-morning. It's sweet and round, and knowing it comes from a Cup of Excellence winner makes each cup feel a little more special. I've already ordered a second bag.

The Maracaturra cross is a nice change of pace from the usual single-origin stuff, and it brews up smoothly without much fuss. It’s a solid cup, though I wish the bag had a bit more detail on the roast date to nail down the freshness.
