Smiley 1972 Blend

Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was gorgeous, but what really got me is how smooth it stays as a pour-over too. The Colombian and Ethiopian combo gives it a nice balance that I wasn't expecting from one bag.

Made a flat white and a V60 with the same bag, and it held up nicely in both, which is rare for a blend. The Ethiopian side gives it a subtle brightness that keeps the espresso from feeling heavy, though I wish the crema lingered just a bit longer. Solid everyday option if you switch between brew me
