The Maracaturra beans are huge compared to the Caturra I usually buy, and they grind up beautifully. Been brewing it as a pour-over all week and getting a clean, sweet cup with almost no bitterness. Juan Diego clearly knows what he's doing.

I’ve tried a lot of single-origin coffees, but this one really stands out—the Maracaturra cross gives it a full body that hits right away. It was processed by a Cup of Excellence winner, and you can tell in the cup, it’s just clean and smooth. Already ordered a second bag.
