Ce café lavé de Halo provient de notre ami Abenezer chez Origin Lands Coffee. Cette nouvelle entreprise nous a fourni deux de nos cafés préférés de la saison, Halo étant le plus remarquable. Avec de délicates notes de thé blanc et de citron vert, cette variété héritage est complexe dans son acidité citrique, avec la douceur de la pêche mûre qui persiste en bouche.
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
The washed process gives it a clean, bright cup that's pleasant enough, though I found the flavor a bit too delicate for my usual morning brew. It's a solid coffee, just not one I'd rush to reorder.
