Category:

The fruit-fermented notes really come through in the cup—sweet and almost jammy without any of the bitterness I usually get from decaf. I’ve tried it both as a pour-over and in my moka pot, and it holds up beautifully either way.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from a decaf, but this one completely surprised me. The fruit-infused fermentation from Sebastian's experiments adds a lovely, subtle sweetness that makes it taste way more complex than your average afternoon cup.
The fruit-infused fermentation gives it a really unique aroma, almost like a sweet tea. It's a decent cup, though I found the flavor a bit too subtle for my usual taste and it's definitely on the pricier side for a decaf.
