Haloのウォッシュドコーヒーは、Origin Lands Coffeeの友人であるAbenezerから届いたものです。この新しい取り組みから、今シーズンのお気に入りのコーヒーが2つ生まれましたが、その中でもHaloは際立っています。白茶とライムの繊細なノートに、このヘリテージ品種は複雑なシトラスの酸味を持ち、熟した桃の甘さが余韻として口の中に広がります。
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
The washed process gives it a clean, bright cup that's pleasant enough, though I found the flavor a bit too delicate for my usual morning brew. It's a solid coffee, just not one I'd rush to reorder.
