The fact that this is an all-female-produced coffee from Shakiso makes it feel special before I even brewed it, and the flavor lives up to the story. It’s got that bright, fruity zing I look for in Ethiopian beans, and it’s held up great over the whole 5LB bag. Definitely my new go-to for pour-overs

I was skeptical about the whole all-female-produced angle, but the sourcing story is genuinely interesting. The beans are a medium roast that handles pour-over well, and the 5lb bag lasted me almost a month. Just wish the roast date was printed on the bag.
