このウォッシュド・ロットは、ベンサのアイラ・ベンサ洗浄ステーションから仕入れました。シダマ地方の高地に位置し、密生した半森林と標高による明瞭さで知られる地域です。標高2,000メートルを超える場所で栽培され、エチオピア南部のウォッシュド・プロファイルの優雅さを体現しています。繊細なジャスミンの花の香り、さわやかなメロン、そしてほのかな黄色い果実のニュアンスを基調とした芳醇なカップをお楽しみいただけます。丁寧な抽出により、その風味が明瞭かつ落ち着いた形で広がります。
The semi-forest elevation really comes through in the cup—there's a clarity and brightness that makes it dangerously easy to drink a whole pot in one sitting. I brewed it pour-over and the washed processing keeps it clean with a subtle sweetness that lingers nicely.
