Halo의 워시드 커피는 Origin Lands Coffee의 친구 Abenezer가 제공한 것입니다. 이 새로운 벤처는 이번 시즌 우리가 가장 좋아하는 두 가지 커피를 제공했으며, Halo가 단연 돋보입니다. 화이트 티와 라임의 섬세한 노트를 지닌 이 유전적 다양성은 시트러스 산미가 복잡하면서도 잘 익은 복숭아의 단맛이 입안에 오래 남습니다.
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
The washed process gives it a clean, bright cup that's pleasant enough, though I found the flavor a bit too delicate for my usual morning brew. It's a solid coffee, just not one I'd rush to reorder.
