Brewed a cup this morning and the body is noticeably fuller than most single-origin beans I've tried, almost syrupy. The anaerobic process really comes through in that rich, traditional depth, and the caffeine kept me going past noon without any jittery edge.
Full caffeine kick without the usual acidity I get from other single origins, which is exactly what I wanted for a morning cup. The traditional profile comes through clean, though I wish the bag had a bit more detail on the roast date.
