This natural lot is a morning ritual now — the processing they do for this specific batch comes through in every sip, clean and incredibly consistent cup after cup. I’ve already reordered twice since my first bag.
The fact that they process this lot specifically for Las Lajas tells me they're really dialing in the quality, and it shows in the cup’s sweetness and clean finish. I've brewed it as both pour-over and espresso, and it holds up beautifully either way.
This natural process is so bright and clean, it’s become my morning go-to without fail. The fact that they batch it specifically for us makes that deep, fruity cup feel even more special.
