Gelegen in het hart van de Guji-regio in Ethiopië, staat Shakiso bekend om zijn mijnbouw en koffieproductie. We zijn gestart met de productie van een unieke koffie die uitsluitend door vrouwen is geproduceerd, afkomstig uit Shakiso en de omliggende Kebeles. Met ongeveer 30 vrouwelijke producenten ondergaat deze koffie een speciaal droogproces in de vrucht, wat resulteert in een gebalanceerd kopje met prominente fruittonen.
