Decaf that actually tastes like coffee, not watery disappointment. The structured sweetness comes through even in a quick instant cup, and it's smooth enough to drink black at night without any jitters.

The washed process really shines through—there's a clean, structured sweetness that I wasn't expecting from instant coffee. Brewed a cup after dinner and it held onto that vibrant clarity all the way down.

The instant format made a surprisingly clean cup, and the structured sweetness really comes through even without brewing gear. I've been drinking it black every evening since it arrived, and the vibrant clarity makes it feel like a proper pour-over, not a quick fix.
