Instant Tropisch Weer

The floral notes really come through even as an instant, and the texture is surprisingly juicy for something that dissolves in hot water. I've been reaching for this on busy mornings when I don't have time to brew properly, and it hits the spot every time.

That first cup this morning caught me off guard with how bright and floral it was, almost like a pour-over rather than something from a jar. The texture feels surprisingly juicy for instant coffee, and it dissolves clean without that powdery grit I'm used to.

The instant dissolve is convenient for a quick cup, and I do get that juicy, floral note it mentions, but the flavor feels a bit thin compared to a freshly brewed Ethiopian. It works in a pinch, though I’m not sure the convenience fully justifies the trade-off.
