Porter Blend

I’ve been brewing this as my daily filter coffee for two weeks now, and it holds up beautifully through the whole bag — the balance stays consistent from the first cup to the last, which is rare. Exactly what I want for a no-fuss but flavorful morning brew.

The balance on this one is seriously impressive—it holds its own as a house filter brew but has enough character to make a pour-over feel special. Grinding it fresh each morning has become the best part of my routine.
