Sofia ★★★★★

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and sweet, almost syrupy. At 5 pounds for wholesale, it's going to last my home setup a good while, and the Colombian-Ethiopian mix keeps every cup interesting.

The 5lb bag is perfect for my home setup since I go through coffee fast, and the washed process from Colombia and Ethiopia gives it a really clean cup whether I pull a shot or brew a filter. It’s been consistent every batch, which is exactly what I need for daily use.

Jason L. ★★★★☆

The washed process really shines through in the cup—clean, bright, and balanced whether I pull it as espresso or brew it in my drip machine. Five pounds is a solid wholesale quantity, and the beans arrived fresh enough that my first batch had that lovely bloom. One slight ding: the bag’s resealable
