Smiley Ludlow Blend Groothandel Direct

The washed process really lets the Colombian beans shine through, and it pulled a beautifully balanced shot on my espresso machine this morning. I’ve been switching between espresso and pour-over all week and it holds up great in both.

Brewed it as a pour-over this time and the washed process really lets the Colombian notes shine through — clean, balanced, no bitterness at the end. The bag was also fresher than most I get online, which made dialing in the grind way easier than expected.

Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and sweet, exactly what I want from a washed blend. It holds up beautifully in milk drinks but also makes a clean, bright filter cup — I've been switching between both all week.
