De Riverside

The harmonies on this album are so tight they feel like they're wrapping around you, and the intimate production really lets the Southern California and Texas roots shine through. I've had it on repeat for three days now, and the melodic layers just keep revealing themselves.

Bought this to unwind with on a quiet evening, and the trio’s intimate, harmony-driven sound fills the room without ever feeling overpowering. It’s the kind of record that makes a small gathering feel like a front-row show.

Their harmonies are what sold me—the blend feels so effortless, and the recorded songs capture that live folk warmth perfectly. I’ve been replaying the tracks all week while working, and the intimate production makes it feel like they’re right in the room. A great find for any string-band lover.
