薩爾瓦多 Santa Rosa

Brewed a cup this morning and the grape note really comes through in the finish, almost like a light fruit tea. The rose is more of a gentle aroma than a loud flavor, which I appreciated. Nice clean, sweet cup for a slow weekend pour-over.

The sweetness here is what gets me—it’s like a natural candy depth that lingers long after the cup, and that grape note comes through so cleanly. I brewed it in my pour-over and the rose aroma hit me right at the first sip. Honestly, this is the kind of coffee that makes you slow down.

The grape and rose notes are definitely there, which is nice, but the cup felt a bit one-dimensional after the initial sip. It's a solid daily drinker if you're into washed coffees, though I expected a bit more depth for the price.
