I’ve been brewing this as my daily pour-over and the tasting notes are exactly as described—rich, complex, and smooth without any bitterness. The bag’s aroma alone gets me excited before that first sip even hits the cup. Definitely ordering another one before I run out.
The description alone had me sold, but the actual brew lives up to that poetic hype. It’s a coffee that genuinely tastes like it’s from another dimension, and I’m already planning my next bag.
The flavor profile is surprisingly smooth for a dark roast, and it brews without any bitterness. I just wish the bag came with a little more detail on the tasting notes, but the cup itself is definitely a keeper.
