The Colombia half gives it that round, sweet finish while the Ethiopia keeps every sip lively and floral—my morning cup finally feels balanced instead of one-note. I’ve brewed it both as pour-over and in my French press, and it holds its structure beautifully either way.
First cup this morning and the florals hit me right away — it's genuinely bright but the Colombian side keeps it from being sharp. The structure held up even as it cooled, which I wasn't expecting from a light roast.
The washed Ethiopia really comes through—bright and almost tea-like up front, then the Colombia smooths it out into a sweet finish. I'd prefer just a touch more body, but it's a solid everyday cup that keeps me reaching for another pour.
