The semi-forest elevation really comes through in the cup—there's a clarity and brightness that makes it dangerously easy to drink a whole pot in one sitting. I brewed it pour-over and the washed processing keeps it clean with a subtle sweetness that lingers nicely.
This bag arrived three weeks after the roast date and the cup is still incredibly juicy, with that dense, semi-forest profile you can trace straight to the Sidama highlands. I’ve brewed it as a pour-over every morning this week, and the elevation-driven clarity makes it taste almost syrupy.
